Modern Facilities- Tuggeranong: A spacious hospital with four consult rooms, dedicated cat waiting area, modern imaging and treatment suites, sterile theatre, internal lab, multiple wards and a large outdoor exercise yard.

Both clinics equipped with Heidi Health's AI-powered notetaking system streamlining clinical documentation so you can focus more on patient care and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities- Lead and inspire the veterinary team across two locations fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Ensure the highest standards of patient care and client satisfaction.
- Mentor and support less-experienced vets and nurses cultivating a strong learning environment.
- Manage a diverse caseload from routine check-ups to complex cases using evidence-based practices.
- Communicate effectively with clients guiding them through treatment options and care plans.
- Veterinary degree accredited by the Australasian Veterinary Boards Council or completion of NAVLE AVE or similar examinations.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and passion for team development.
- Commitment to delivering compassionate industry-leading care.
