**Job Description:**

The Director of Civil Services is a key member of the Executive Management Team, responsible for leading a team of approximately 150 staff and providing strategic leadership across all civil functions.

**Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team in achieving program delivery and outstanding outcomes through effective leadership and people management.
  • Represent the organization in various forums, demonstrating professionalism, strong interpersonal and oral communication skills.
  • Manage complex, multi-stream projects delivered on time and within budgetary constraints.
  • Apply legislation, problem solve, and provide informed recommendations in a complex work environment.

This is an executive level position requiring a leader with a proven track record in senior management, stakeholder engagement, and community collaboration.
