About the Role:
This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others. You will participate in an after-hours on-call roster and direct and manage the work of maintenance contractors as needed.

What's Required:
- Relevant experience in facility maintenance service delivery.
- A working knowledge of commercial air conditioning systems.

- Proven experience in external contractor management.
- Understanding of OH&S policies and procedures.
