Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead our field service team in Australia. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the success of our team, ensuring efficient operations, and fostering a culture of excellence.

About the Role:

  • Talent Development: You will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, and developing high-performing talent, prioritizing their growth and development.

  • Performance Management: You will implement process improvements and leverage the talent of your team to consistently increase performance and productivity.
  • Collaboration: You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other Operations groups to ensure seamless coordination.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: You will directly supervise frontline field service employees, providing mentoring, support, and training to deliver the long-term strategy.
  • Coaching and Development: You will engage, coach, and develop the team to ensure a high level of technical competency and ability to create a great customer experience.
  • Accountability: You will support and hold the team accountable, driving development and culture.
  • Performance Management: You will set performance targets, monitor progress, and provide feedback to technicians.
  • Resource Management: You will manage resources for adequate coverage and customer needs.
  • Quality Standards: You will maintain quality standards and documentation of service activities for internal and external reference.
