We are seeking an experienced Financial Crime Manager Lead to play a key role in the growth of our financial crime practice. The successful candidate will have deep technical expertise in AML/CTF regulations, strong client and relationship management skills, and the ability to coach and develop a team.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the delivery of high-profile financial crime engagements with prominent organizations.
- Client relationship management and business development.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 8 years' experience in financial crime roles.
- Experience working in a consulting environment or professional services firm is highly valued.
- Strong technical skills and capability in relation to key AML/CTF areas, including KYC, TM, OCDD, and ECDD.
- Experience delivering independent reviews and ML/TF risk assessments.
- Strong familiarity with AML/CTF legislation and reforms.
- Strong understanding of the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act.
