Job Description

The Permanency Support Program (PSP) in Southern NSW offers a range of foster care and therapeutic services designed to support children and young people in out-of-home care.

This position is focused on delivering effective case work services to children and young people in Out-of-Home-Care and Permanency Support Programs.

This is a full-time 38 hours position or part-time 0.8 negotiable, reporting to the Southern NSW OOHC Coordinator and located in Batemans Bay NSW.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload effectively and meet individual targets.
  • Develop, implement, and review individual case plans to address the emotional, social, behavioural, developmental, and educational needs of children and young people.
  • Safeguard the wellbeing of children and young people and report any concerns immediately.
  • Ensure case work practice aligns with organisational values, policies, and frameworks.
