Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Officer to join our team at the Department of Health, Tasmania.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing the supply chain, from procurement to delivery.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure critical medical and other supply service delivery needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Developing and implementing procurement plans.
  • Negotiating and agreeing contracts with suppliers.
  • Maintaining accurate records of procurement activities.

Salary and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary range of $71,661 - $77,455 per annum, and access to a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities and a generous superannuation scheme.
