Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Guest Experience: Continuously look for opportunities to improve the guest experience and ensure that every event exceeds expectations.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and coach a diverse team of people, ensuring that team culture is at the forefront of everything you do.
  • Event Execution: Coordinate and manage the logistics of bump-ins and bump-outs for events, ensuring that all equipment and facilities are ready.
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot any issues that arise during events and coordinate quick solutions.
  • Communication: Liaise with vendors, clients, and staff to ensure seamless event execution.
Requirements
  • Experience: Experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Guest Service: Passionate about delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring that every guest has an unforgettable experience.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to work across a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Team Player: Be a positive and collaborative team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Certification: Hold a valid Queensland RSA certification.
