Senior Nursing Clinician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced clinical leader to join our team as a Clinical Manager. As a senior nursing clinician, you will be responsible for providing generalist nursing duties, including medication management, assessment, coordination, case management, and supervision of staff.
Key Responsibilities- Providing exceptional care to residents in a 90-bed residential aged care home
- Managing and coordinating the day-to-day activities of a team of nurses
- Ensuring the highest standards of clinical governance and compliance
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current Division 1 Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA
- A minimum of 4 years' experience as a Registered Nurse
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to supervise staff
- Familiarity with Aged Care Quality Standards
