We are seeking a dedicated sales associate with a drive to succeed and provide a premium shopping experience for consumers.

  • Key responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment, upholding the quality of our brand, and achieving sales of shoes and related products.
  • Align with visual merchandising plans and mystery shopper standards.
  • Process customer orders, returns, and maintain inventory according to standards.
  • General housekeeping and store tidiness.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Have previous retail sales or similar experience with persuasive communication skills.
  • Have demonstrated success in achieving KPIs and sales targets.
  • Have a commitment and professionalism to providing exceptional customer service as an ECCO brand ambassador.
  • Be a team player and natural people-person who thrives on building relationships.
  • Demonstrate a growth mindset in an exciting fast-paced work environment.
  • Be someone who loves product knowledge and training with a willingness to learn.
  • Have flexibility with your availability, including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
