Customer Service Representative

 

Job Description

We are seeking a talented Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences and helping us achieve our goal of making every moment count.

You will play a vital role in delivering the highest level of service to our customers, ensuring that they have a positive experience at our restaurants. This includes greeting customers, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and handling customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by being friendly, helpful, and responsive to customer needs
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently, using a point-of-sale system or other technology as required
  • Prepare and serve food and drinks, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
  • Handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and fairly
  • Work effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth service delivery and maintain a clean and safe working environment

 

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or degree preferred
  • Previous customer service experience an asset; ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with others
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
