Quality Engineering Manager

As a senior quality engineering manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving product excellence and compliance. Our organization thrives on innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing team of quality engineers to ensure products meet the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance strategies and processes to mitigate risks and improve overall product quality.
  • Conduct thorough audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address quality issues promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain product quality by enforcing robust quality assurance policies and procedures across all departments.
  • Responsible for creating and analyzing metrics and reports related to product quality to inform business decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in quality engineering or related roles, with a proven track record of leadership and team management.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with quality management systems and regulatory compliance is highly desirable.
