Bar Assistant Role

This role is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Bar Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our bar staff, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mix and serve a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to our customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service, greeting guests warmly and ensuring their experience is positive and memorable
  • Operate our tills, Keno, and process payments accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and tidy bar area, adhering to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Verify ages and check customer IDs to ensure compliance with licensing regulations

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
  • A keen eye for detail and a strong focus on maintaining high standards of hygiene
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, if required

About This Opportunity:

This is a casual position, approximately 10-15 hours per week, with variable hours. The hourly rate will be between $24.95 and $43.55, dependent on experience.
