We are seeking a highly experienced, motivated and enthusiastic Parts Interpreter to join our team. This role entails liaising with customers to assist with Parts and Accessories enquiries, using the Manufacturer EPC to determine required parts, and working as part of a team to provide & maintain a high-level standard of customer service.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to work within a team while showing individual strength and ability, be able to learn quickly and get the job done, and demonstrate great reliability and honesty with good attendance record. They will also have excellent time management skills, be able to operate under pressure and flexibility adapt as circumstances change, and have a genuine interest in Automotive industry.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to a dynamic team environment.
- Liaise with customers to assist with Parts and Accessories enquiries;
- Use of Manufacturer EPC to determine required parts;
- Work as part of a team to provide & maintain a high-level standard of customer service;
- Process quotes and orders for customers through the DMS system (AutoIT).
- Ability to work within a team while showing individual strength and ability;
- Ability to learn quickly and get the job done;
- Great reliability and honesty with good attendance record;
- Excellent time management;
- Ability to operate under pressure and flexibility adapt as circumstances change;
- High level of attention to detail and quality;
- Genuine interest in Automotive industry.
- Great hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm;
