Electrical Technologist

About the Role:

This position involves maintenance and repair work on heavy equipment, utilizing expertise in breakdown and repairs, as well as experience with Canbus electrical systems and components. Familiarity with Rhino 100 raise bore machines is highly regarded. The successful candidate will have excellent trouble-shooting and diagnostic skills, a Certificate III in Automotive Electrical Technology (or equivalent), and relevant certifications such as Working at Heights and explosive security card.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Expertise in breakdown and repairs on heavy equipment;
• Experience with Rhino 100 raise bore machines;
• Familiarity with Canbus electrical systems and components;
• Ability to work autonomously;
• Excellent ability to trouble shoot and diagnose electrical faults;
• Certificate III in Automotive Electrical Technology (or equivalent);
• A valid Working at Heights certification (or the ability to obtain);
• A valid explosive security card (or the ability to obtain);
• A valid Australian driver's license;

The estimated salary for this position is approximately $85,000 per annum, based on industry standards and comparable roles in Western Australia.
