About the Role
We are seeking highly skilled Minute Takers / Scribes to support the capture of interview comments, responses, and observations, as well as transcribing the notes into MS Word and documenting scores into MS Excel. The successful candidates will be required to work from the 8th to the 22nd of November between 8:30am and 5pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Document candidate responses to questions
- Record panel comments, observations, and final comments
- Transcribe all panel notes
- Update MS Excel scoresheet
- Act as a timekeeper and advise the panel
Requirements
- English minute taking and report writing experience
- High speed, accurate typing
- MS Skills especially Teams, Excel, and Word
- High level of confidentiality
