Overview

Deliver exceptional results by overseeing large-scale data centre programs, including construction, equipment fitout and expansions. Coordinate cross-functional teams, consultants, vendors, and stakeholders to achieve high-quality outcomes within scope, budget, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive program plans, including procurement, civil works, construction budgets, risk management, and resource allocation.
  • Optimise construction programs with contractors for fast deployment.
  • Manage pre-construction stages, from design to handover to the construction project team.
  • Coordinate engineering, design, construction, procurement, facilities, and operations teams.
  • Engage procurement and legal teams to ensure contracts support delivery objectives.
  • Lead regular program status meetings and provide executive-level updates.
  • Build relationships with external partners, including government regulators, contractors, and equipment vendors.
  • Track expenditure, cost forecasts, and commercial management.
  • Manage contract compliance and implement contingency planning.
  • Ensure infrastructure complies with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in program or project management within construction (data centre experience ideal).
  • Project management certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Agile).
  • Proven experience delivering complex projects involving construction, power, HVAC, and IT Infrastructure.
  • Strong knowledge of financial management capabilities (CAPEX/OPEX).

Experience working on large scale construction projects is highly valued.
