We are seeking a skilled Social Worker to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team at the new, state-of-the-art Tweed Valley Hospital.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing holistic and person-centred care to patients across various clinical areas, including emergency, inpatient, and community settings. Your expertise will support the delivery of high-quality, responsive care in our fast-paced and rewarding clinical environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a health or hospital setting, with a strong understanding of social work principles and practices. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive and appropriate social work assessment and intervention as part of the healthcare team for patients/clients of the Northern NSW Local Health District (NNSWLHD).
