As a Middle School Support Officer, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional administrative services to our students and staff. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a difference in a school environment.

Job Overview

This is a 30 hour per week position, located at Salisbury East. You will be working closely with the Middle School community to provide high-quality support and services.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, confidence in Microsoft Office applications, and the ability to manage challenging situations calmly and proactively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to the Middle School community
  • Pastoral Care: Manage student data in support of pastoral care and positive behaviour
  • Scheduling: Prepare and distribute schedules/rosters
  • Administrative Processes: Ensure consistency in administrative processes such as lost property, school resources, and uniform compliance
