About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our passionate team at T2 Tea. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing world-class customer service experience to every customer, continually expanding your knowledge of products, and becoming a tea and brewing expert.

About You

  • You will act with the customer in mind, providing a personalized experience that exceeds their expectations.
  • You will be ready to work in a busy and fast-paced environment, managing high volumes of stock and undertaking visual merchandising to provided standards.
  • You will be self-motivated and ready to learn, continually expanding your knowledge of products and becoming a tea and brewing expert.
  • You will possess strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Previous customer service or retail experience is advantageous, but not essential.
