About the Role

As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting customers with scheduling their trucks for servicing and repairs. You will provide quotations to customers and raise repair orders for vehicles.

The Key Responsibilities of this role include:

  • Raise and close repair orders
  • Provide quotations to customers and/or internal sales staff
  • Customer service at the counter and over the phone
  • Book trucks for repairs/service, organize Breakdown services and supply invoices
  • Appropriate escalation of customer complaints
  • Liaise with Workshop Supervisor on current job status
  • Liaise with Workshop Technicians regarding job cards

Requirements

  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Specialized knowledge of Automotive Industry
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to use initiative
  • Excellent customer service and good problem solving skills
  • Time management experience
