Senior Attorney

A leading law firm with a strong presence in Australia, Edward Jacobs is a specialist in Personal Injury and Workers Compensation law.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Attorney to join our Personal Injury and Workers Compensation Law team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and litigating personal injury and workers' compensation cases from start to finish.

• Conducting legal research and drafting pleadings and motions
• Preparing for court appearances and negotiating settlements
• Liaising with clients, lawyers, insurers, doctors, investigators, and financial advisors
• Providing mentorship and guidance to junior lawyers and support staff

• Bachelor's degree and admission to practice law
• Minimum 1-3 years PQE in Personal Injury and Workers Compensation law
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Competitive salary package ($130,000 - $155,000 depending on experience)
