We provide care that allows older people to live their lives to the fullest.

Our services empower individuals to stay at home safely and independently. As a frontline staff member, you will take the lead in supporting clients and their families with individualised care tailored to their needs.

Your role will involve servicing clients in and around North Lismore and surrounding areas. Key responsibilities include:

  • Domestic assistance, including cleaning, washing and care of pets
  • Meal assistance, including shopping, meal preparation and help with eating
  • Transport and accompaniment, including shopping trips and appointments
  • Social support & activities, including outings and social activities
  • Personal care, showering, bathing at all levels

About You

To be a successful Home Care provider, you will possess a compassionate and supportive nature, listening to the unique needs of our elderly clients and tailoring your approach accordingly.

In addition, you will have:

  • A genuine desire to improve the lives of the elderly and their families
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and empathy with older people
  • A Certificate III in Aged Care / Disability Support or related field or equivalent
  • Effective time management skills
  • Reliability and trustworthiness - our clients depend on you
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Up-to-date vaccination records
  • Previous experience in aged care or NDIS services, hospitality, tourism, catering, hotel management or equivalent
