Business Partner for Organizational Growth

We are seeking a skilled Business Partner to join our team, focusing on developing tailored human resource solutions and supporting talent development. This role involves collaborating with key stakeholders to manage employee relations, build strong relationships, and provide guidance on workplace relations, policies, remuneration, and conditions.

The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field and proven experience in a HR business partnering role within a matrix environment. They should possess exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, knowledge of HR policies, employment legislation, and compliance.
