Lead Quality Expert

High-quality products require a systematic approach to ensure compliance with customer specifications. As a Quality Manager, you will lead and collaborate in a dynamic team environment to maintain the highest standards of quality.
- Develop and implement effective day-to-day management of the Quality Management System.
- Lead program audits as required and coordinate relevant external customers and third-party audits.
- Ensure regular inspections of clean room areas and monitor compliance.
- Check and monitor quality assurance systems.
- Ensure accurate and prompt completion of all required quality records and forms.
About You:
- You have a proven quality background gained within FMCG, Pharmaceutical, or Manufacturing sectors.
- Demonstrated experience achieving operational excellence.
- Knowledge of cGMP, APVMA, HACCP, and Halal regulatory requirements.
- Experience in development, implementation, and maintenance of a Quality Management System.
- Awareness and implementation of safe work practices in accordance with WHS legislation.
- Exceptional people skills to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
