Job Title: OSH Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced OSH Coordinator to join our team at Point Cook P-9 College. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and strategic development and growth of the Before and After School Care service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the Before and After School Care service
• Develop and implement strategies for the growth and development of the service
• Work with the Regional OSH Coordinator to identify and respond to service improvement opportunities
• Manage a team of educators who support the operation of a high-quality and fun Outside of School Hours Care program

• A competitive hourly rate between $34 - $41 p/hour (depending on your qualification) + 11.5% super

Requirements:

• A Diploma or tertiary-level qualification as determined by ACECQA
• A First Aid in an Education & Care Setting certificate (or equivalent)
• A valid Victorian Working with Children's Check - employee check
• A Food Safety Supervisor certificate within the first month of employment
