About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to coordinate and prepare insightful reporting for InfraBuild's management, executives, and other stakeholders to assess performance and inform decision-making.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into concise, meaningful information for non-finance personnel.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and prepare financial reports for various stakeholders, including management, executives, and external parties.
  • Develop and maintain a data and information repository to provide a structured and accessible suite of reporting KPIs and measurements.
  • Drive continuous improvement opportunities to standardise, simplify, and streamline reporting processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry developments to inform reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
  • CA or CPA qualification.
  • Post-qualification experience in a large or complex environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex financial data.
  • Experience with Group Reporting systems, preferably TM1 (Planning Analytics).
