Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Community Support Worker to provide high-quality services and supports to individuals over 65, enabling them to maintain their independence and live comfortably in their own homes.

About the Role

This role involves delivering client-directed care, including transportation services, respite care, domestic assistance, personal care, and social services. Our unique approach focuses on providing professional cleaning services to clients, minimizing the burden of household tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver quality care and support to clients in their homes
  • Transport clients to appointments and engagements
  • Provide respite care for carers and family members
  • Assist with domestic tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
  • Offer personal care services, including bathing and dressing
  • Facilitate social connections and activities for clients

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current Australian driver's licence
  • A reliable registered vehicle with comprehensive insurance
  • A smart mobile phone and internet access
  • Availability for more than 4 days per week
  • Ability to start work at 6am
  • Flexibility to work on weekends

You may also be required to undergo a Police Check (National Police Certificate) for employment purposes.
