The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Apprentice to join our Energy Services team based on the Sunshine Coast. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a range of innovative technology and contribute to sustainable outcomes.

Reporting to the Contract Manager, you will be supported and guided by a team of experienced Air Conditioning & Refrigeration tradespeople and engineers to ensure that a high level of service is achieved and your training is delivered on a world-class scale.

What you'll be responsible for

  • Assist with carrying out planned and unplanned maintenance, repairs, and commissioning of all types of air conditioning & refrigeration equipment.
  • Accurate and timely completion of required paperwork related to work performed in line with contract KPIs.
  • Foster and maintain professional working relationships amongst the site team and client.
  • Compliance with all safety, company, and statutory policies and procedures at all times.
  • Attending TAFE as part of your apprenticeship.

What you'll need to be successful

  • Valid driver's licence (provisional is not an issue).
  • Good time management and customer service skills.
  • Passionate about taking on a trade in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration.
  • Enjoys working in a team environment.
  • Positive and proactive approach to safety.
  • A solid attitude toward life and learning.
