About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to support our claims team. This dynamic role offers a unique opportunity to add value to the day-to-day operation of the team and contribute to its success.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, handling various aspects of claims processing throughout the claim's life cycle. This role would suit someone looking to further their career as a Claims Assessor or seeking more variety in their administration career.

About You
- Strong customer service skills combined with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to maintain attention to detail while being process-driven.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft suite of programs, specifically Word and Excel, is essential.
- Numeracy skills and the ability to handle confidential information.
- You'll be a people person with the ability to demonstrate empathy and positivity. Additionally, you'll be thorough, analytical, and able to make rational decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability and willingness to collaborate with others.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all administrative requirements.
- Respond promptly to incoming calls and client inquiries via telephone and email.
- Provide support and advice to policyholders/key stakeholders during the claims process.
- Prepare reports by collecting and summarising relevant information.
- Perform general administrative tasks as required.
- Manage inbox and diary effectively.
- Support the claims teams through general administration duties.
Key Requirements
- A can-do attitude with exceptional customer service skills and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills (relationship building).
- Previous insurance experience is preferred but not essential.
Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
