About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our Business and Institutional Marketing team at Commonwealth Bank of Australia.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading marketing programs focused on the Institutional Banking segment both domestically and internationally. This includes driving reputation and consideration amongst Australia's largest organisations, including ASX 200 and government customers.

You will work closely with stakeholders and agency partners to deliver world-class marketing initiatives that increase awareness and relevance of the CommBank business brand. Your focus will be on creating meaningful opportunities for bankers to engage with customers through content, industry partnerships, and events.

This role offers a great opportunity for those passionate about building leadership in Sustainability and supporting customers as they transition to Net Zero. You will also contribute to driving outcomes for our ESG marketing program, including the Momentum Sustainability Conference.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leveraging your expertise in B2B financial services marketing to develop and execute multi-channel campaigns
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive thought leadership and event-driven marketing strategies
  • Building relationships with external partners, including creative agencies and relationship management/executive teams
  • Providing insights and analysis to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance

The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 AUD, depending on experience and qualifications.
