Our product range is world-class, high-specification, and widely used by major Industrial, OEMs, Mining, Oil, Gas, and Energy companies throughout Australia.
We are seeking to recruit a QHSE Coordinator on a full-time, permanent basis to support our Australian sites. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop within the QHSE field and grow with MacLean, eventually expanding responsibilities as experience builds.
Key Responsibilities- Quality:
- Conduct audits at branch locations to ensure compliance with ISO 9001.
- Support the maintenance of audit programs to the highest standard.
- Assist with biannual reporting on branch service levels and prepare relevant KPIs.
- Help conduct biannual Management Reviews.
- Support documentation updates and help maintain quality procedures as per ISO standards.
- Conduct audits at branch locations in line with ISO 14001 requirements.
- Help maintain and implement Environmental programs, including Green Team initiatives.
- Assist in annual Environmental KPI reporting for certified sites and help record environmental data.
- Support compliance with Environmental Standards and assist in maintaining the Legal Register.
- Health and Safety:
- Support the management and team with guidance on safety practices in line with safety policies, working towards ISO 45001.
- Help ensure policies are well-communicated and understood by all employees.
- Assist in reducing accidents and occupational ill health in collaboration with the operational team.
- Support compliance efforts with Health and Safety regulations, including Risk Assessments and Fire Reviews.
- General:
- Complete QHSE sections in supplier and vendor questionnaires.
- Provide QHSE input for bids and tenders.
- Conduct QHSE inductions for new employees and contractors.
- Assist the HSEQ Director in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for Australia.
