We are seeking a creative individual to join our team as an Art Director.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the visual direction of client projects and ensuring creative excellence across all outputs.

  • Develop original, culturally relevant thinking that goes beyond expected solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

  4. Presentation of creative work to clients, clearly articulating the rationale behind your approach.
  5. Interpret strategic and community insights into compelling, brand-building creative ideas.
  6. Stay informed about cultural and community trends, with an instinct for when to follow or break them.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years' experience in creative roles across integrated, digital, and socially-led campaigns.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual strength and visual craftsmanship.
  • Exceptional art direction and design sensibility, with great taste and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant design tools.
  • Comfortable directing shoots and working across film, motion, digital, and static formats.
  • A hands-on creative who thrives in collaboration and brings positive energy to the team.
  • A knack for shaping powerful creative even when the brief is still being defined.
  • Experience in activations or physical brand experiences is a bonus.
