Home Nursing Team Lead

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and inspire a nursing team, drive growth, and ensure high-quality care for community clients. The role involves overseeing home nursing services, ensuring they meet client needs while maintaining excellence, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
As a key leader, you will navigate funding programs and sector reforms to help achieve exceptional care for the community. Develop business systems and policies that enhance performance, engagement, and satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a nursing management role
- Current Registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
- Demonstrated leadership skills and proven success leading nursing teams
- Strong financial and business acumen
- Understanding of community funding programs (e.g., CHSP, DVA)
- Experience engaging and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
- Success in developing and implementing effective systems, policies, and procedures
- Experience with electronic client management systems (Carelink+ experience desirable)
- High-level problem solving, analytical skills, and strong focus on risk management
- Commitment to quality outcomes for clients, staff, and the organisation
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Current Victorian Driver's Licence and satisfactory National Police Check
