Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Certification Lead Assessor/ Manager to join our team. As a Certification Lead Assessor/Manager, you will lead audits for certification and verification services.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead assessments according to procedures, prepare reports, and determine assessment conclusions.
  • Support and develop future lead assessors.
  • Participate in developing core competencies and processes, including proactive knowledge sharing.
  • Identify and develop business opportunities with partners.
Key Qualifications
  • A postgraduate degree in a relevant subject matter or suitable Health, Safety, Environmental, or Quality professional education.
  • Familiarity with management systems and associated standards (ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO50001, ISO9001).
  • Working knowledge of ISO17021 and ISO17029.
  • Trained to an international standard for one or more of ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO50001, and ISO9001 (IRMA, ASI, Copper Mark advantageous).
  • Data reporting processes knowledge, with UK/EU ETS and SEMS experience beneficial.
  • EHS regulations knowledge for various sectors (Oil and Gas, Energy, Manufacturing, Mining and Minerals, Pharmaceutical, Technology).
  • Relevant offshore training for North Sea and Gulf of Mexico work advantageous.

  • Excellent organizational skills with successful audit delivery experiences.
  • Effective client communication skills with ability to secure trust at all levels.
  • Confident presentation and report writing skills.
  • Risk recognition and opportunity preparation abilities.
  • Coefficient others in audit delivery requirements.
  • Fluent English speaker with clear written and spoken English (other languages advantageous).
Experience
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience, including operational development, assessment, or performance reporting of EHS objectives.
  • Sector experience covering Oil and Gas, Mining and Minerals, Data Centre operations, and Manufacturing/Fabrication.
