About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Professional to join our team. As a key member of our care delivery network, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to individuals in their own homes.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal and domestic care to clients, ensuring their comfort and well-being at all times
  • Assist with daily tasks such as meal preparation, medication management, and light housekeeping
  • Engage in meaningful conversations and activities to promote social interaction and stimulation

Requirements
  • A minimum of Certificate III in Companion Care or equivalent qualification
  • Satisfactory Australian National Police check
  • Current first aid and CPR certificate
  • Driver's licence and reliable vehicle for transportation
