We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate clinician to join our multidisciplinary team. As a Community Mental Health Clinician, you will play a pivotal role in providing holistic care to individuals aged 0-25 years who require mental health support.

Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify individualised needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

- Utilise trauma-informed and culturally sensitive practices to guide your work and ensure inclusive care.
- Embody a recovery-oriented approach, working collaboratively with consumers to achieve their goals and aspirations.
- Engage actively with the multidisciplinary team, contributing to clinical decision-making and supporting the implementation of best practice standards.
- Relevant qualifications and registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) or equivalent.
- Minimum two years' post-registration experience in the mental health sector, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care.
