The Position

  • As an Executive Leader, you will take on a leadership role within the firm, overseeing key engagements and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and strategic services.
  • Managing a diverse portfolio of clients, you will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening client relationships, leading high-performing teams, and driving business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing expert guidance on accounting and advisory matters.
  • Leadership Oversight: Lead and manage end-to-end engagements, ensuring compliance with Australian industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Quality Control & Risk Management: Ensure all services meet the highest professional and ethical standards.
  • Team Development: Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Business Growth: Identify opportunities for expansion, playing an integral role in organizational strategic initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Professional Qualification: CA or CPA and RCA highly regarded.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years in accounting and advisory, with at least 5 years in a leadership role at a reputable organization.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, and compliance requirements across the mid-market sector.
  • Leadership & Commercial Acumen: Proven ability to lead teams, drive business growth, and optimize operational efficiency.
