The Job Description

You will split your time between helping furry clients look and feel their best—and greeting their humans with warmth and efficiency. This unique hybrid role combines customer service, care, and cuddles.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Assist groomers in bathing and preparing pets for grooming
  • Support head groomers during grooming sessions, ensuring each pet receives gentle handling and attention
  • Provide information about our premium pet product range to customers and process transactions
  • Create a calming environment by monitoring pet comfort, offering fresh water, snacks, and understanding animal body language
  • Maintain our boutique by keeping salon areas tidy and providing exceptional service that reflects our reputation
Requirements
  • Naturally friendly, patient, and passionate about pets
  • Comfortable with both customer service tasks and light animal care
  • Great at multitasking, organised, and eager to learn
  • A strong communicator who can make both dogs and their owners feel at ease
  • Bonus if you have previous experience in pet grooming or receptionist roles
