About the Role

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operational running of the store, ensuring its commercial success. You will report to the store manager and be their biggest support, overseeing stock control, store procedures, team rotations and sales performance tracking.

  • You will focus on driving sales growth through effective retail operations management.
  • Responsibilities include managing store security, maintaining optimal store layout and promoting exceptional customer experiences.
  • You will be trained in our hand-crafted luxury product to become a knowledgeable expert, nurturing and developing the store team to unlock their full potential.
