Salary
$85,000 - $95,000 per annum based on experience and qualifications.

Job Description
We are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced teacher to prepare, conduct and assess VET and industry-based programs in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning. You will have the chance to employ captivating teaching techniques that spark students' passion for the industry.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• Completion of an approved apprenticeship and substantial work experience in a relevant occupation following the apprenticeship.
• Industry and teaching experience with a focus on course development.
• Effective communication, interpersonal and research skills for diverse student engagement.
• Aptitude for innovative and flexible educational delivery highlighting adaptability and creativity in teaching approaches.
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116); or Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110) including the units TAELLN411 & TAEASS502 or equivalent units.
