Cocktail Connoisseur

We are seeking a skilled Cocktail Connoisseur to join our team at Panthers North Richmond. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has experience in creating unique beverage experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• To provide exceptional customer service to our members and guests;
• To consistently deliver high-quality cocktail service, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail;
• To maintain effective replenishment of products and adhere to health and safety standards;
• To prepare and present food and beverages with flair and creativity;
• To work efficiently as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing workload effectively;
• To maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards;
• To participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge;

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role within the hospitality industry;
• A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and providing accurate service in a timely manner;
• RSA and RCG certificates;
• A passion for creating unique cocktails and drinks experiences;
• A strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively;
• A high standard of personal grooming and presentation;
• Previous experience in a cocktail bar or similar environment is highly regarded.

What We Offer:

• A competitive salary range of AU$$$60,000 - AU$70,000 per annum (dependent on experience);
