Opportunity Summary

We are seeking an individual to support the planning and execution of DC operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support in establishing and maintaining financial data related to DC controlling, including setting up and following up on agreed budget, projects, and KPIs.
  • Provide quantitative insights, reports, and analysis to departments and management team in alignment with Controlling Manager.
  • Verify accurate invoicing and quality check of main cost drivers.
  • Identify areas for improvement and define potential action plans.
  • Develop framework and reports structure to track business results.
  • Negotiate contracts.
  • Offer analytical support for DC management team decision-making.
  • Challenge and validate planning.

Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of controlling, logistics, DC operations, and finance.
  • Good understanding of cross-functional departments and collaboration within Regions.
  • Project management, prioritization, and business case skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
  • Effective communication and coordination skills.
  • Able to collaborate and co-create with others.
  • Agile mindset with a positive attitude to change and meaningful growth.
