Job Description:

  • Casual program and events assistants are required to help deliver community events, programs and workshops.

The role involves assisting the Programs and Events team with setup and takedown, as well as delivery of events and programs. You will also provide quality care to patrons, staff and contractors at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the Programs and Events team with bump in and bump out
  2. Deliver events and programs
  3. Liaise with contractors, stallholders and suppliers
  4. Ticketing
  5. Provide exceptional customer service

Requirements:

">
  • A hard-working, positive and professional attitude
  • Availability to work weekend and after hours' work, as well as flexibility to work during the week
  • Working with Children Check
  • Driver's Licence
  • Previous experience in customer service, ticketing, venue operations, community programs or event delivery is highly advantageous but not essential
