About the Steel Laborer Role

The Steel Laborer is a crucial member of our team, responsible for assisting welders and conducting general laboring duties.

  • Key responsibilities include performing steel laboring roles, setting up welding jigs, moving steel bars, operating an overhead crane to move heavy steel loads, and tying steel bundles.

Work Schedule: This role requires working a day shift from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM with overtime and weekend opportunities available.

Requirements: We are looking for a reliable and skilled individual with general steel experience, punctuality, reliability, and access to reliable transportation. The successful candidate will also have availability to start immediately and be a team player.

As a Steel Laborer, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks, including setup and teardown of job sites, material handling, and assisting welders with their tasks. You will also be expected to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
