Meat craftsmanship is a highly skilled trade that requires dedication and a passion for delivering exceptional quality products to customers.

We are seeking a skilled individual with a background in meat preparation and cutting, who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment to meet the demands of our clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing meat for sale by removing bones, trimming fat, cutting, mincing, and grinding meat to shape and size for display or as ordered.

They will also be required to advise customers on the suitability of cuts of meat, operate machines to grind, mix, mince, and tenderize meat, and maintain a high level of customer service at all times.

**Key Responsibilities**:

  • Prepare meat for sale by removing bones, trimming fat, cutting, mincing, and grinding meat to shape and size.
  • Advise customers on the suitability of cuts of meat.
  • Operate machines to grind, mix, mince, and tenderize meat.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

**Required Skills**: Excellent time management, organisation, and communication skills. Ability to work well in a team environment.

**Benefits**: Competitive salary and hourly rate package available for part-time hours 38 per week. Relocation assistance provided.

**Schedule**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual.

**Ability to commute/relocate**: Weston, ACT 2611: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required).

**Work Authorisation**: Australia (preferred).

**Work Location**: In person.
