Key Accountabilities- Unit Pricing: Accurate calculation and reporting of unit prices.
- Month-End Report Packs: Preparation and delivery of comprehensive report packs.
- Distribution Calculations: Accurate calculation and reporting of distribution amounts.
- Taxable Income Calculation and BAS/GST: Ensuring reports are verified as correct before submission.
- Investigate and Assist with Ad Hoc Queries: Provide support across various departments.
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience: 2-4 years in fund accounting and/or unit pricing.
- Industry Knowledge: Good understanding of the financial services industry, including funds, operations, fund accounting, reporting, and custody.
- Investment Products: Theoretical and practical knowledge of investment products such as unit trusts, gross income funds, and superannuation schemes.
- Client Reporting: Experience in client reporting, handling client requests, and meeting SLAs.
- Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Software Skills: Experience with HiPort is ideal.
- Attention to Detail: A strong eye for detail.
