Job Description

We're looking for a positive and enthusiastic leader to manage our team of talented service technicians. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity.

The successful applicant will have good customer service skills, excellent communication skills, and be able to confidently lead and organise a team of professional service technicians. They should be looking to take the next step in their career and share their experience.

Our Murray Bridge branch is practically brand new and located in a bustling rural town on the banks of the stunning Murray River, only an hour away from Adelaide.

Murray Bridge is famous for its camping, fishing, golf, and river-based sports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and organise a team of professional service technicians
  • Confidently manage and supervise staff
  • Develop innovative solutions to improve customer satisfaction
  • Communicate effectively with customers and staff
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  1. A trade qualification in Agricultural Mechanical Technology or equivalent
  2. Proven leadership skills
  3. An approachable and positive attitude
  4. Experience as a diesel technician
  5. Exceptional customer support focus
  6. Ability to solve problems and develop innovative solutions
  7. A current Australian driver's licence
  8. Unrestricted working rights in Australia
