Job Summary

We are seeking a senior level HSEQ leader from high-risk work industries who has strong experience from both a strategic and tactical point of view. As a result of a recent change in our HSEQ function, this is a hands-on role that will cover the varying operational aspects across Australia and the UK as we continue to expand our footprint across the regions.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of HSEQ professionals across both jurisdictions ensuring cohesion in the delivery of strategic imperatives
  • Ensure best-in-class day-to-day activities are delivered to varying units within the company

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in an equivalent senior HSEQ leadership role managing HSEQ professionals
  • Strong communication and influencing skills to achieve buy-in
  • Solid experience within the building, construction, mining, or similar high-risk work industry
  • Degree qualifications in OH&S, environmental management, or relevant discipline
  • Experience and knowledge of ISO standards including 9001 and 45001
  • Extensive knowledge of legislation relevant to the industry in Australia and preferably the UK as well
  • Driver's license to travel to varying project sites as required
