**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide exceptional customer service and support in the banking sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a seamless branch experience by meeting each customer's end-to-end financial needs and goals.

You will have the knowledge required to complete customer transactions, as well as have in-depth conversations with customers to understand their needs and goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of compliance and be able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
